No Refunds Policy

We offer a comprehensive Free Plan that allows you to fully test and experience our platform before making any purchase. By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have already tested the service and are aware of its features and capabilities.

Subscription Payments Are Non-Refundable

Since our Free Plan provides full access to test the platform, all subscription payments (monthly or yearly) are final and non-refundable. This includes first payments, renewals, and upgrades.

Exception: Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase (charged twice for the same subscription), contact us within 48 hours and we will refund the duplicate charge.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds or prorated credits are given for unused time.

Why No Refunds?

Our Free Plan allows unlimited website generation and full platform testing. Users who upgrade have already experienced the service, making "buyer's remorse" refunds unnecessary. This policy helps us maintain affordable pricing for everyone.

Domain registration and renewals

Non-Refundable

Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable due to the nature of domain registration. Once a domain is registered, we incur fees from the domain registry that cannot be recovered.

Why can't domains be refunded?

  • Domain registrations are processed immediately with ICANN-accredited registries
  • Registry fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered
  • The domain is immediately assigned to you and cannot be "unregistered"

Free domains: Free domains included with subscription plans are non-refundable and non-transferable. They remain with your account for the duration of the subscription.

Limited Refund Policy

Marketplace purchases are digital products. All sales are final except in specific circumstances outlined below.

Refundable Situations (within 48 hours)

  • Duplicate/accidental purchase (charged twice for the same item)
  • Product has critical bugs that make it completely unusable
  • Product is significantly misrepresented (false advertising)

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Didn't read the product description before purchasing
  • Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge
  • Product works as described but doesn't meet your personal expectations
  • Purchased the wrong item (check before buying)

Note: Marketplace refunds affect the seller's earnings. We review each request carefully to protect both buyers and sellers from abuse. Fraudulent refund requests may result in account suspension.
